Comunidad de diseñadores puertorriqueños

Apparently this two students of Columbus College of Art and Design, are very passionate for what they do. Even though they have an extensive coursework, they go every sunday or monday nights to an empty classroom, take some chalks and bring to life an empty black chalkboard with some super original typographic posters, I mean if they can be called like that, for me they are more than just posters, they are majestic works. They take quotes of different people like: Banksy, Ellen Lupton, Claude Debussy, Nicole Jacek, Tavi Gevinson, J.M. Barrie, Stefan Sagmeister, Bill Cosby, Jessica Hirsche, and Nelson Mandela. They take the time to put all their passion in it. Supposedly their work can take about 11 hours to be finished. They don’t use expensive materials or a magic chalk, they use any chalk they can find, cheap ones. This is for us to see that we only need passion and compromise, be committed to the gift of art. These two students, is said, that are in near graduation, they are in the last of their degree. That is not random art, that takes time to design and put it up together, to look so great. It looks awesome! I hope the world can learn from these guys and spread out the talent, but in a good way, not only they make it look great but the message is very important as well. It is important to learn from others and inspire people to make the world change for good. They are called “Dangerdust”
